RETURNS

Painted Lady is unable to accept any returns or exchanges at this time. We hope to be able to as our business grows. As of now, all sales are final.

DAMAGES AND ORDER ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us ASAP if the item is damaged, defective, or grossly misrepresented so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You have 10 days from the date that you receive the item(s) to contact us about a refund.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All orders ship USPS and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Currently, we only ship to addresses within the U.S.

Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 days of purchase.

Once your order is shipped, we have no control over what happens to your package, Painted Lady is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting USPS directly if you believe your package to be lost or stolen.

Please contact us ASAP if your address needs to be corrected. We are not responsible for packages that are returned to us because of incorrect addresses. You will be responsible for forward shipping.
