I'm Cass, the owner of Painted Lady Vintage. The brand started in 2022 with my goal of carrying one-of-a-kind vintage pieces while promoting a sustainable wardrobe by slowing down the fast fashion cycle. More recently in 2024, I created wearable collage art in the form of the Bottle Cap Choker, and it's been evolving ever since. My pieces are heavily inspired by pop-culture and nostalgia.

When I was younger I was obsessed with making my own paper dolls and collages from magazine cutouts. My never ending piles of seventeen and teen vogue had a permanent spot in the corner of my room. Painted Lady is the creation and personification of a young Cass, she inspires so much of what I create. I’m one girl in a small studio in Connecticut; designing and making pieces by hand and with tons of love and care.
