All sales are final. Due to the handmade, custom nature of our items we do not allow returns, exchanges, or refunds.
We are not responsible for items that have been damaged due to exposure to water or other liquids. Please read our 'Jewelry Care' page to learn how to keep your jewelry in good condition.
DAMAGES AND ORDER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us ASAP if an item is damaged, defective, or grossly misrepresented so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
CUSTOM PHOTO POLICY*
The quality of your finished piece depends on the quality of the photos you provide. Photos that are very light, dark, low-contrast, or blurry may not print clearly at the small size used in these designs (approx. 1 inch). I do my best to enhance images before printing, but some fine details may not be visible once printed.
For best results, please upload bright, clear, high-contrast images. If you’re unsure whether your photos will work well, feel free to send them to us before ordering, and we can give feedback.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All orders ship USPS Ground, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Currently, we only ship to addresses within the U.S.
For made-to-order styles, expect your order to ship out within 1-2 weeks, depending on demand at the time. Ready-to-ship items typically ship out within 1-3 days.
Once your order is shipped and with USPS, we have no control over what happens to your package, Painted Lady is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting USPS directly if you believe your package to be lost or stolen. Please contact us ASAP if your address needs to be corrected.
