RETURNS

Painted Lady is unable to accept any returns or exchanges at this time. We hope to be able to as our business grows. As of now, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

DAMAGES AND ORDER ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us ASAP if the item is damaged, defective, or grossly misrepresented so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You have 14 days from the date that you receive the item(s) to contact us about a refund.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All orders ship USPS and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Currently, we only ship to addresses within the U.S.

For made-to-order styles, expect your order to ship out within 1-2 weeks, although depending on demand at the time it may be much quicker than that. For ready-to-ship items, orders typically ship out within 1-3 days.

Once your order is shipped, we have no control over what happens to your package, Painted Lady is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting USPS directly if you believe your package to be lost or stolen. Please contact us ASAP if your address needs to be corrected.

Vintage clothing sizes can be inconsistent. All clothing pieces are measured and given a size based on the size chart below.

Measurements are included in the product’s description.

CHEST- circumference from pit to pit
SLEEVE- length from where the sleeve starts (typically the top of shoulder) to where it ends
LENGTH- length of the garment from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem
WAIST- circumference around the waist of the garment
HIPS- circumference around the widest part of the hip of the garment

We recommend taking your measurements and then referencing the size chart.
